Elisabetta Mohwinckel

Elisabetta is certified from “Scuola Superiore Interpreti e Traduttori” in Milan. She has dedicated her professional life to studying Bilingualism and the Learning of a foreign language, focusing on young learners.
Successful entrepreneur, she has been the manager of “L’Albero di Momo”, an awarded and certified language school, for over 20 years. Eager to spread her knowledge and experience she is now a teacher trainer in Universities, elementary schools and pre-schools. She works with school directors and coordinators to choose and draft Language Curriculum and assists teachers inside and outside of the classroom.

Siria Chiesa Dané

Siria has a degree in “Lettere Moderne” as well as “Scienze Psicologiche” from “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano”. She has been working since 2003 in training, HR coordination and has been organizing and managing art and charity projects.
Communications manager for My School Ticino, she now helps Elisabetta, managing and organizing the Communication for My Languages- Scuola di Lingue.

Manuela Ciccone

Manuela has got solid experience as Executive & Office Assistant. She works in the administration department, front office and is in charge of Mastercom System, manages supply and sponsoring and gives support to the company’s communication department. She manages the office for My Languages language school and gives support to the school management.

Benedetta Ferrari

Graduated in architecture at Politecnico di Milano, she has worked for Expo 2015 in Milan and for some architecture studios in Lugano. She now collaborates with My Languages as operative office manager in Lugano-Porza.

Angela Mondia Kuhn - German teacher

Angela is certified from “Scuola Superiore di Commercio” and has always been engaged in various economical, cultural and social settings. She is a professional teacher and trainer for a Health Method. For a long time now, she has been teaching German, English and math to private students or groups of students and has been a substitute teacher in professional schools, high schools and private schools. She is our German Teacher for both kids and adults.

Bettina Rast -Kabuss - German teacher

Graduated in mathematics, music and pedagogy, Bettina taught in public schools in Germany before moving to Ticino. She has been working as a musician for many years and works as a piano and ensemble music teacher with children and young people. She also gives private tuition in mathematics and German. She founded the Libera Scuola di Musica, which collaborates with the Steiner School in Origlio. She is currently attending DLL training (Deutsch Lehren Lernen) at the Goethe Institut. At My Languages Lugano she teaches group and private courses in German.

Carlotta Blandford - English teacher

Carlotta is a bilingual teacher, currently working on her Economics and Management degree from “Università dell’Insubria”.
She is a “CELTA” certified teacher and has been working with children all ages since 2013 in nursery schools, pre-schools, elementary schools and private schools. She has been organizing and managing Summer camps for children for over 5 years.
Over the years she has attended courses and has been certified by “Jolly Learning” in teaching phonics, grammar, music in English and English for toddlers.

Martina Torri - French teacher

French teacher for My Languages’ courses for kids and teens, Martina has a double degree in Modern Foreign Languages from Università degli Studi di Bergamo and Università degli Studi dell'Insubria. She had several studying and working experiences abroad, and particularly in France. She's been teaching English and French for 5 years to infant, elementary school, and middle school students.

Livia Thérèse Grillini Vladikas (detta Paulette) - English teacher

She moved from Lugano to England and completed her secondary education in Sussex, UK.
She graduated from the LCDD (London College of Dance and Drama) and is a certified CELTA and CELTYL teacher. With 20 years experience she has taught in London, Glasgow, Rome (SSR Swiss School of Rome) and Lugano.
She is a private teacher, specialised in children, and works as a substitute teacher at TASIS (The American School in Switzerland). She also works for the Municipality of Lugano as an educator at the Extraschool Service.
At My Languages Lugano she teaches group and private courses in English.

Sandra Wollermann-Campagnoli - German teacher

Mother tongue German teacher, has been teaching children and young people for 11 years.
After a three-year pedagogical training course with Mauro Vaccani, she attended a training course in Germany for teaching foreign languages in Waldorf schools.
She has participated in various continuing education courses for foreign language teachers, including in Berlin for teaching in Waldorf schools.
Since 2017 she has been working with the Aldo Bargero Academy as an assistant in the training of foreign language teachers.

Laura Elisabeth Coles - English teacher

Laura is a Mother-tongue English tutor, as well as creative art and theatrical performance specialist. She graduated from Central Saint Martins, London with a first class Honours Degree in Textile Design. She has been working with children and mature students since 2008, based in Elementary and Middle Schools, Nursrey's, Colleges, Galleries, Art Centres and Theatres.

Martine Peverelli - French teacher

After graduating from high school in Geneva, she completed her training in technical subjects across the Gotthard. A FSEA/EUROLTA certified teacher, she has more than 20 years' experience of teaching French to adults, children and young people in cantonal and public schools as well as in further education institutes. She has been preparing children and adults for DELF exams for several years.She gives individual or group lessons for My Languages and is a French teacher for primary school children at My School Ticino.
